How can I be sure about the quality of the fabric?
Each style has a detailed description of the fabric and care listed. Most importantly, Leona has been designing exquisite dresses for 30 years.
Over her successful career, she has developed solid relationships with textile suppliers and manufacturers, sourcing remarkable fabrics from London, New York and Paris mills who supply to the likes of Dolce & Gabbana, Valentino and Chanel.
What is the general fit of the sizes like?
Each style is personally tailored by Leona and her technical team to achieve the perfect fit. Leona designs for real women, celebrating all shapes and sizes. Each print is artfully designed into three unique silhouettes, each focusing on flattering differing body shapes, to ensure no ’body’ misses out.
Where can I try on a Leona Edmiston Dress?
Leona Edmiston has 3 standalone concept stores located in Sydney. Visit us at our QVB and Chatswood Chase boutiques or our Balmain outlet store. Our Leona stylists would be happy to have you instore.

I cannot see my size available online, is it sold out?
Most likely yes, the style has sold out - you need to be quick!
Please email us at email@example.com and our customer care team may be able to locate a lucky last one in our boutiques for you. We are continually releasing new styles and prints to keep our collection fresh and unique - a Leona Edmiston dress is a one of a kind and very rarely repeated.
Do I need to create an account to shop online?
No you are more than welcome to checkout as a guest.
We do recommend that you create an account, by creating an account you will be able to take advantage of our loyalty LeCLUB program, create wish lists and save your address and credit card details to make your next purchase simple and easy.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards VISA, MASTERCARD and AMERICAN EXPRESS or you can check out using PayPal and AfterPay.

How much is shipping?
We ship all orders with standard tracked shipping.
For Australian orders over $250 we offer Free Shipping.
For all other orders we offer a flat rate.
Australian orders: $10 AUD
International orders: $85 AUD
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! For all Australian orders over $250 we offer Free Standard Shipping.
What carrier do you use?
For both Australian and International orders we use Australia Post.
How long does delivery take?
All orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Sydney, Australia. We aim to get all orders shipped within 2 business days from when your order is placed. All orders are tracked and you will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.
For Australian orders: depending on the Australia Post network, we anticipate Australian orders to be delivered within 2-6 business days.
For International orders: depending on the FedEx network and any duties/customs requirements spcific to your region, we anticipate International orders to be delivered within 14-28 days.

How can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, we will email you with a tracking number. Simply click on the link in our tracking email and enter your tracking code.

Do I need to pay for duties or taxes?
Duties (or Customs tariffs) are set by the destination country Customs authorities and determined based on a combination of the country of origin (manufacturing) of the goods being purchased and the classification of that merchandise in accordance with a harmonized system adopted and used by the countries that Borderfree supports.
International taxes (such as Value Added Tax, or VAT) are set by the destination country. You will be able to view the total amount of applicable duty and tax/VAT for your order within the Borderfree international checkout.

What is your returns policy?
If you're unhappy with your order for any reason, Leona Edmiston will offer a refund, exchange or store credit for all full priced orders that are returned within 14 days from the date of purchase and they meet all of our conditions.

Can I exchange my order?
Yes of course, Leona Edmiston will accomodate any exchanges for any full priced items.
If you are ordering any sale items or discounted items during a promotion, please be aware that these are not eligible to be returned for an exchange.

Can I return my online order in-store?
Absolutely! If you would prefer to visit one of our stores to process your return instead of sending it back to us, you are welcome to do so!
Simply head into your nearest Leona Edmiston store, present your digital receipt and request for a refund and/or exchange.

That's ok, please write clearly on a peice of paper the following information and include it with your return.
