Right of Withdrawal (EU Orders Only)
As an EU resident, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your delivery without giving a reason.
Your 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
As an EU resident, you have an unconditional 14-day window from the day your package arrives to change your mind and cancel your contract with us, no explanations or justifications required.
To initiate an immediate electronic cancellation, please utilise our self-service portal below. Once submitted, our system will automatically log a time-stamped hold on your order and email you your return documentation.
Processing Your Reimbursement
Upon receiving your returned items (or receiving valid, timestamped proof of return postage), we will issue a complete refund within 14 days.
Your payout will include the full purchase price of the garments along with our standard outbound shipping fee (please note that if you opted for premium express shipping at checkout, only the base standard shipping rate is refundable under EU law). All funds will reverse directly back to your original payment gateway (Credit Card, PayPal, or Afterpay).
> Please Note: Any localised VAT, import taxes, or processing fees paid directly to your country's border customs during delivery are collected by your local government and cannot be refunded by Leona Edmiston. You may contact your local customs department directly to reclaim these fees.
