Returns Policy
Full Priced Items
You can return your full priced item/s for either a full refund, exchange or store credit from Leona Edmiston if they meet ALL the following requirements:
• It is a full priced item (i.e. it was not purchased on a promotion);
• Returned within 14 days from the date of purchase;
• Item is in original condition;
• Garment has not been worn, washed or have personalised alterations in any way and;
• All tags must remain in place including the tag attached reading: “Please note that returns will only be accepted if this tag remains attached and the garment is in unused condition”. Once this tag is removed the item is no longer returnable.
• You have proof of purchase.
Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot refund or exchange the following items unless faulty:
• Hosiery
Promotional Discounted Items
Promotional Discounted items are considered to be items that have been temporarily discounted during a promotional sale or event. These items will return to full price at the end of the promotional period.
Promotional Discounted items are not eligible for refund unless they are deemed as faulty. If for any reason you are unhappy with your item/s you can return it for either an exchange or store credit. Your Promotional Discounted item/s will only be eligible for an exchange or store credit if they meet ALL the following requirements:
• Returned within 14 days from the date of purchase;
• Item is in original condition;
• Garment has not been worn, washed or have personalised alterations in any way and;
• All tags must remain in place including the tag attached reading: “Please note that returns will only be accepted if this tag remains attached and the garment is in unused condition”. Once this tag is removed the item is no longer returnable.
• You have proof of purchase.

Sale Items (Permanent markdown)
Sale items are considered to be items that have been permanently marked down and do not include items that have been temporarily discounted for any promotional sales or events.
Sale items are not eligible for exchange or refund unless they are deemed as faulty. If for any reason you are unhappy with your sale item you can return it for a store credit. Your Sale item will only be eligible for a store credit if they meet ALL the following requirements:
• Returned within 14 days from the date of purchase;
• Item is in original condition;
• Garment has not been worn, washed or have personalised alterations in any way and;
• All tags must remain in place including the tag attached reading: “Please note that returns will only be accepted if this tag remains attached and the garment is in unused condition”. Once this tag is removed the item is no longer returnable.
• You have proof of purchase.

Final Sale Items
Final Sale items are considered to be items that have been permanently marked down. They will have "FINAL SALE" listed on the product. Please consider this purchase carefully before proceeding, unfortunately we cannot accept any
returns on these items and they are not eligible for any refunds, store credits
or exchanges unless deemed faulty.
This policy applies both to Final Sale styles purchased online or in-store.

We accept returns if they are returned within 14 days from the date of purchase and they meet all of our conditions.
How To Return Your Order
Online Returns
1. Contact the Leona Edmiston customer support team to request a returns Authorisation number. Please Advise the team If you would like a refund or if you'd like to exchange for another item.

Please note we can only accept returns that have been authorised.
2. Complete our returns form. You can find this form included in your original order or you can download it here
3. Please ensure your items meet all of the requirements in our returns policy above.
4. Return your item along with your completed Returns Form and Invoice to the address provided by Customer Support.
Please note that you are responsible for the goods until they reach our Online Store. You are also responsbile for any costs associated with returning your item/s to us unless the item is deemed as faulty. Faulty items must be approved by our customer service team prior to them being returned in order for Leona Edmiston to cover postage costs.
In-Store Returns
If you would prefer to return your item in store, please ensure your items meet all of the requirements in our returns policy above and follow the below instructions.
1. Head into your nearest Leona Edmiston store.
2. Request for a refund and/or exchange.
3. Please have ready your proof of purchase.

Faulty Items
Faulty Returns Policy
If you believe you can recieved a faulty item, please reach out to us!
You can either head in-store or reach out to our online Customer Support team by emailing: support@leonaedmiston.com or call us on (02) 9331 7177
Leona Edmiston Stores and Leona Edmiston Online Store can assist you with your return of a faulty item by offering you a number of solutions:
1. If the fault is minor (as determined at the sole discretion of Leona Edmiston), we may elect to repair the product, where possible;
2. If the fault is major (as determined at the sole discretion of Leona Edmiston), you may elect to receive:- A replacement product (if possible); or - Credit note; or- A refund of the original purchase amount (except if the original purchase was made using a credit note or gift voucher)
Please note, Leona Edmiston will only offer you a repair, exchange, credit note or refund if:
1.The goods are returned within a reasonable time, being 2 weeks from the date of purchase;
2. Proof of purchase to Leona Edmiston’s satisfaction is provided, in the form of the Leona Edmiston transactional receipt or invoice;
Please note, in addition to the above requirements, Leona Edmiston will only offer you a refund if upon assessment by Leona Edmiston:
1. The item is considered faulty; or
2. The item is considered to hold a manufacturing fault; or
3. In respect to Leona Edmiston Online Store purchases, the items varies significantly to the description and/or images
